- "Website" refers to OrderingCart’s web-based service and/or website; and
- "OrderingCart Merchants" refer to the restaurants, other OrderingCart partners, and their vendors who fulfill your orders.
- What Information We Collect
- OrderingCart collects your Information, such as Name, Email address, Delivery address,
Order information and history, Card information required for payment processing.
- Why We Collect Such Information.
- OrderingCart may use your Information to process your order, process payment and
send you receipts for your order, etc.
- When We Share Your Information.
- OrderingCart does not share Information with other companies, organizations, or
individuals outside of OrderingCart, except (i) we share your Information with OrderingCart merchant to process your order;
(ii) we share your Information to credit-card processors, hosting providers, and other trusted service providers to process
Information on our behalf; (iii) we will share Information if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or
disclosure of the Information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, enforceable
governmental request, investigation of potential violations or detect/prevent fraud and security issues.
- The OrderingCart may share non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners (such as
OrderingCart merchants).
- We do not sell your personal information. We only share your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
- How You Can Delete Your Information.
- If you would like OrderingCart to delete your information, we can help you do
that. Please email us to submit your request to delete in writing, so that we can take care of
your request.
- While we use industry standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information
under our control, there is no guarantee that our service cannot be compromised.
- By submitting an order on our Website, you agree to comply with all terms of this Privacy Policy and further agree that
we may process your Information.
